collection cycleThe unit assesses Candidate Proficiencies, Unit Expectations and Faculty Expectations. Data analysis and collection occurs in five phases: 1) Data Collection, 2) Annual Review and Reporting, 3) Data Analysis and Needs Assessment, 4) Improvement Planning and 5) Implementation and Formative Assessment. In each phase of this assessment system, the Office of Program Accreditation and Evaluation collaborates with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure that data is collected throughout the year to inform unit and programmatic decision-making.Five phases data collection
